Pilots call these analog instruments "steam gages." I believe I overheard the captain telling a woman that the only modern instrument is the Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance (TCAS) system.

And I am still trying to locate the thrust reverse levers. The white striped lever to the immediate left of the (yellow) throttles, is the flap control handle.
